RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Dinner reservations open every Tuesday morning for the following Wednesday and close on Monday at 11:59 PM. Dinner reservations are only accepted through www.pickmate.app. Registrations via email or phone are not accepted.

Refunds can be requested until 11:59 PM on the Monday before the dinner on Wednesday. The countdown timer on our homepage is set accordingly.

For example, reservations for the dinner on Wednesday, May 15, close on Monday, May 13, at 11:59 PM. To request a refund for tickets purchased for May 15, the refund request must be sent to info@pickmate.app by Monday, May 13, at 11:59 PM.

Refunds are issued to the credit card/bank card used for payment and are completed within 1 to 3 business days for credit cards and 7 to 14 business days for bank cards, depending on the bank's policies.

If the ticket purchase was made with a credit card and in installments, the refund procedure is applied as follows:

  • The bank refunds the buyer in installments according to the number of installments chosen during the purchase.
